A Local Approach to Senior Care

When we opened our doors to help seniors find the right living situation, we knew there was a need for a local approach. Owned and managed by Oregon locals, we love sharing the amazing things our beautiful state has to offer. Finding the right place to age and thrive in is a big deal. Let us help you find the right set up in a community that truly fits you!

Angela Rose

Angela began working with seniors in 2005. She has held roles in case management, discharge planning, Medicare compliance, and hospice. Angela is a strong advocate for our seniors. She is an Oregon native and loves her community. In her free time she likes to volunteer helping seniors review Medicare benefits, as well as spending time with her dogs..... ask her how many she has!

Esther Miller

Esther brings extensive experience in senior living, having served in a variety of roles throughout her career. She is a dedicated champion and passionate advocate, especially when guiding individuals and families through the important decisions surrounding long-term senior living options.

Outside of her professional life, Esther treasures time spent with her family especially her three grandchildren. When she has the opportunity, she also enjoys traveling—Italy being a favorite destination.

Dore brings over 30 years of experience in social services, including a decade with Hospice. She has served as a case manager, caregiver, private practice therapist, and is a certified art therapist. Dore is known for her compassion, timely communication, and her ability to navigate difficult conversations with clarity and care. She is dedicated to helping seniors maintain choice and quality of life, ensuring they have access to meaningful services—including housing, recreation, therapeutic resources, and creative outlets. She is an avid gardener and devoted animal lover.

Ryan Miller

Proud dog dad to my Border Collie, Nyah. When I’m not helping families navigate senior care, you’ll likely find me on the golf course, taking a road trip, or heading to the coast or Bend for the weekend. Helping people gives me a true sense of purpose, and I value bringing that same care and connection to the families I serve.
